It's perfect.

Three games in the East Coast where we have a lot of supporters, including one in New Jersey. Then a big (and maybe decisive? I don't know the format of the cup) match in Mexico against the biggest american club in the biggest american soccer stadium.

Couldn't ask for more.

It's a League format, not a Cup format. I found some info here.

The format has changed somewhat for this year's tournament. While last year the Red Devils prevailed in a final against Liverpool after a group stage, 2015 will see a league format utilised.

Each team will play four matches, and the club with the most points after all of the fixtures will be crowned champions.

Three points will be awarded for a win in regulation time, while a draw will lead straight to a penalty shootout, the winner of which will receive two points and the loser will receive one.
