Greetings Benfica fans    from an Everton fan.
1stly about those 'pictures' of Goodison. I know our ground is not as brand-spanking new as yours, but come on do us a little bit of justice.    It must have been quite some time ago that senhor-beef visited because the away fans section is no longer in the Park End, but along the Bullens rd Stand - Paddock, Lower & Upper Bullens. You'll have a good view if you're in the paddock, but posts do obscure the view in the Lower and upper bullens. The match at goodison is likely to be a near-sell out probably around 35,000. The atmosphere should be good, especially if you lot make your voices heard.   
About the game @ Benfica, do you think it will be a sell out? Everton have sold their allocation of tickets and there could be around 7,000 travelling because Everton fans see this as the game to visit and I am one of those. This will be my 4 visit to Lisbon and 2nd visit this year. I think Lisbon is a wonderful place and the Portugese people are in general very friendly.
I was wondering what Benfica fans think about having visiting supporters in the home section? I do not get to many Everton games because I dont live in the UK so its not easy to tickets through Everton and Me and my wife have ordered tickets through the Benfica site for the tnm section, piso 0. I guess we should be ok?

Its not going to be a sell out. Far from it. Its a VERY BAD hour in Portugal. People are at work yet but i think if we have about 40,000 there it will be a good house. What we think about away supporters ? Be nice here our we will tell you in the face what we fell about you. Enjoy your trip and visit here and buy a shirt from Benfica

Really looking forward to it. It should be a good party atmosphere in Lisbon during the day on Thursday. 
There a few idiots, but in general Everton supporters are good supporters and will not cause any trouble!
I will have to buy an away shirt if I do buy one, because for obvious reasons the colour of your home shirt is not the favourite colour of an Everton supporter

From what I've been reading the Everton supportes will be filling the bars & cafes in the streets around Praca Dom Pedro and Rossio station. Republica da Cerveja next to Rossio station looks a good option.

Well i cant help you on that. I'm not from Lisbon. Hope you guys dont give any trouble anywhere..But it is normal that you do. You cant take the beer here. And yes..The bber in Portugal its from men and men only. Weak guys

Songoku, Everton fans are not the same as the fans that follow the England national team or like the fans    that follow Chelsea, Millwall, Stoke City etc etc.
We do not cause or go looking for trouble. We like a drink  , and a good sing song  . A couple of season ago we took around 7000 to Nurenburg and there was not 1 bit of trouble. There will also be around 7000 in Lisbon, so as long as all the Benfica fans will be friendly towards us aswell, it will be a party and friendly atmosphere  .
There will be a few idiots that will drink too much and sing the wrong songs, but we certainly will not be running riot in Lisbon.
