Os turcos não gostam de treinadores estrangeiros. Quase sempre dá barracada.

Os dirigentes/adjuntos porque se acham muito espertos e não admitem que venha alguém de fora para os ensinar, os jogadores porque são maus profissionais e não querem correr muito nem estar sujeitos a uma vida profissional rigorosa.

In Turkish super dirty league we have seen explicit match-fixings on behalf of Galatasaray, especially in the last three weeks.Three referees have been fired just because they slaughtered Gala's opponents. In derby game the referee literally killed Beşiktaş by allowing Gala players to beat Beşiktaş players. In the first half of the game he showed 5 yellow cards to Beikstas players for nothing. Gala In the 32 weeks was given 18 penalties. Can you imagine this amount of penalties in a season? In the last Two games they were given 4 penalties, and opponents teams were showed 2 red cards.

This week Gala will play against Başakşehir. Again at their home. In the last 7 seasons Gala plays against Beikstas at their home in the second part of the league. This is of course not a coincidence. They are like a cancer in Turkish league.

Note: they won 6 league titles in the last 10 seasons, and they only won 2 European competions out of last 32 games. Why? Because without Turkish referees they are simple nothing!

At he beginning of the season I was quite pessimistic like millions of other Besiktas fans due to couple of reasons. Our new president and board seemed to be incompetent, and the transfer season was a bit mess for Besiktas. For instance Rashid Ghezzal, Aboubakar, Josef De Souza and Valentine Rossier joined us on the last days of summer transfer window, no one had great expectations from them, except for Aboubakar (I will explain this point later). More to this, Fenerbahce, with their ultra rich president, transferred 16 new players and gave great hope to their fans. 

So the season started very bad but over time with our winner coach, Sergen Yalcin, Besiktas made a tremendous achievement and started to dominate the league. We won all derbies and scored 49 goals in 20 games. Rashid Ghezzal, Rossier, Josef, Aboubakar, Kevin N'Koudou and Larin played incredibly. Sergen Yalcin increased the performance of all players and has made Besiktas the biggest. Also he introduced two homegrown talents to Turkish football, Ersin Destanoglu (19 years old goalkeeper) and Ridvan Yilmaz (19 years old left back. Now Besiktas seems to have a bigger chance for winning the title this season.

As for Aboubakar, when we Besiktas fans realized that Porto gave up on Aboubakar we put our board under pressure for Abou's transfer. They were reluctant due to rumors that Abou had chronic problems with his knees. But Besiktas fans organized social media campaigns to force the Besiktas board. Finally they invited Abou for medical exams and they gathered the top medical experts to review Abou's medical reports. After this medical experts reported that Abou has no chronic problems, he joined the team. Now, he is unstoppable in the Turkish league. He literally dominates the league.
