The Benfica-Porto match, or "O Clássico", is set to be played in early April, for the 27th round of the Liga NOS. Tickets usually become available shortly after Benfica's previous home match, in this case, Benfica-Belenenses. No official dates are scheduled yet.
You can order online at Benfica's official website, but you have to be quick, as tickets for matches like this tend to fly away pretty fast.

I saw some tickets on viagogo, prices are bigger and can't see in which block or tribune the tickets are.

Yes there will be.
But in the first few days the sale is only open to paying members, only then the sale will be open to everyone. But you'll have to be fast, these tickets sell way too fast.
