Inside BENFICA's €295m Estadio Da Luz EXPANSION

Benfica have voted through a €295 million plan to expand the Estádio da Luz to 80,000 seats and wrap an entire district around it — in time for the 2030 World Cup. It would be the most ambitious stadium project in Portuguese football. There's just one problem: more than eight months after the members approved it, not a single brick has moved, and the vote itself is now sitting in front of a judge.
