I don't follow Brazilian football so I don't know how Brazilian commentators celebrate goals.

Here, our commentators usually just say "GOLOOOOOOO!". I think our commentators lack a bit of emotion at times.

there are some differences, but not many. we have different accents and some words are also different, but for the most part is pretty much the same and we understand each other just fine.
well, some brazilians some times say they have a hard time understanding us if we speak too fast, but for the most part is fine.

I mean, the commentators here on the tv are normally a bit more quiet, but on the radio they put up a show, they shout, make funny comments at times, etc...
brazilians do that even on tv, they're usually more "loud"

to make squads here we need players from Portugal and from the club, brazilians don't fill that gap

Partially true. Not consider Portuguese, though.
They have a similar status to EU players, cause Brazilian workers have a work permit in Portugal, just like players from our old African colonies.
