UEFA Futsal Cup elite round draw seedings

Inter FS, Pescara, Slov-Matic Bratislava and Győr will host the four elite round groups after the seedings were confirmed for the draw, live streamed on 14 October.

The seedings have been confirmed for the UEFA Futsal Cup elite round draw, streamed live from Nyon at 14.00CET on Wednesday 14 October.

• The 12 teams that came through the main round join the four sides given byes to this stage.

• There will be three tiers of seeds: the four top-ranked sides given byes to this round; main round group winners; and main round group runners-up.

• Four teams have been pre-selected as hosts and will be drawn separately:
Inter FS (ESP) – Torrejón de Ardoz
Pescara (ITA) – Giovanni Paolo II
Slov-Matic Bratislava (SVK) – Zimný štadión
Győr (HUN) – Magvassy Hall

Top-ranked teams: Kairat Almaty (KAZ, holders), Inter FS (ESP)*, Tulpar Karagandy (KAZ), Ekonomac Kragujevac (SRB)

Main round group winners: Ugra Yugorsk (RUS), Benfica (POR), Pescara (ITA)*, Slov-Matic Bratislava (SVK)*, EP Chrudim (CZE), Lidselmash (BLR)

Main round group runners-up: Kremlin Bicêtre United (FRA), Dobovec (SVN), Lokomotiv Kharkiv (UKR), Zelezarec Skopje (MKD), Halle-Gooik (BEL), Győr (HUN)*

Kairat win 2015 title
• Two groups will contain one top-ranked team, two group winners and one runner-up; the other two will consist of one top-ranked side, one group winner and two runners-up.

• The four hosts will be drawn separately so there is one team in each group, while retaining their respective seedings.

• No side can meet a club they faced in the main round, but there is no country protection.

• Due to a decision by the UEFA Emergency Committee, teams from Russia (Ugra Yugorsk) cannot play teams from Ukraine (Lokomotiv Kharkiv).

• Games played 10 to 15 November.

• The four elite round group winners progress to the knockout finals which one of them will host in late April.

Muito teoricamente. Cheira-me que é um grupo muitíssimo equilibrado, temos o Benfica, o Ekonomac do pote 1, o Bratislava que é a equipa organizadora, e o Kharkiv que era a melhor equipa do pote 3.
