There is a player who came on against Man U last night towards the end. He is 18 and already has an extremely good physic. He is touted as the best player of his generation and Michel promoted him from the youth team. He has not played a league game yet but played a bit of a cup game and last night was thrown in against Manchester United.

His name is Nikos Vergos. You never know, but this player could be something big one day especially if he leaves Greece soon before he is corrupted by our systems.

I think you have a good eye. I have watched almost every game this season of Olympiakos. I also watch as many games as I can of La Liga.

I have said from the moment I joined this board, Manolas is far too good to be playing in Greece. His speed alone, strength and goal threat are incredible. He is designed imo for La Liga. I truly believe he has been the best player in Greece this season. He is also extremely good at international level and he is only 22. I stated earlier, if benfica were to buy this player, they would not regret it. I doubt we can hold him much longer and all the teams interested are premiership sides which so far he has refused to negotiate with despite their efforts.
