You sound like Leonardo Jardim and Vitor Pereira are mediocre. They`re not. So that`s actually a compliment.

Marco Silva went to Olympiacos at 38 years of age with 4 years of coaching experience.

Vitor pereira at 46 and with 12 years of coaching experience. Leonardo Jardim, also at a very young age at 38 but with almost a decade of coaching experience.

Experience means something. And they`re 3 very good managers. Overstatements are made all the time by someone. That does not diminished Marco`s value and potential.

Mourinho had a lot early sucess but he had the experience as an assistant coach from a very young age.
