Coimbra a very pretty place as we have seen on this forum a few times. Viseu looks like it was once a hill fort of some description. 

I've never been to Viseu. Maybe this year... and take my grandmother with me. She's allways talking about the town.

I've edited the post and also showed were i live. I think it's a cool thing to add on our posts. Because it shows to were our families migrated.

Linhó looks extremely idyllic. Very eclectic look.

That's Sintra. Linhó is just very very close but so tiny that there's no pictures besides a Prison

With that Stadium and infrastructure it seems mad that the club is not playing in a higher League.

My parents are both from Fervença, Celorico de Basto. They were neighbors in childhood and it's very cool because all my family is from here. So, when I go to Fervença with my parents we have big lunches and dinners with all family.

For me, the most positive thing from Fervença it's the localization. It's in the middle of three big districts in the north of Portugal (Porto, Braga and Vila Real). This allow to visit some places in this districts very easily.



The major event near Fervença is the WRC stage in Fafe, famous by the jump in Lameira. I never watch but it's in my to do list. Ahah

Wow, this is an impressive place.

Too much beauty in this thread to comment on each post individually. Portugal is very beautiful - no doubt. very pluralistic too. Parts look like Switzerland, others - like Italy..

yes , it´s around 70kms distance between them , Peniche is "closer" to Lisbon

50 Km. But we have a long history with Nazaré.  A lot of nazarenes come to Peniche to fishing. We have a important fishing port. In old days there as a lot of rivality between both people.

Still today when e make jokes about mocking with other people. We don't use Alentejanos (people form alentejo) like the commun portugueses but Nazarenos.
