Se han vendido 50.000 entradas para el Clásico en el Camp Nou

La acogida ha sido espectacular y en un sólo día desde que se pusieron a la venta ya se han retirado 50.000 entradas. Las primera 24 horas era para los socios. Hubo hasta colas virtuales



Habían pasado 24 horas desde que el Barcelona puso a la venta las entradas para el duelo entre el Barcelona y el Real Madrid de Champions que se disputará el próximo 30 de marzo en el Camp Nou (18:45 horas) cuando ya se habían retirado más de 35.000 billetes para una cita que se preveé histórica. Porque, pocas horas después, ya eran 50.000 las entradas que se habían retirado para ver el nuevo Clásico del fútbol femenino.

Hubo colas virtuales durante la mañana para conseguir una entrada y la web del Barcelona continúa recibiendo númerosas solicitudes para comprar las entradas. Nadie quiere perderse el primer Clásico en el Camp Nou, que abrirá sus puertas por segunda vez en su historia para un partido oficial del fútbol femenino. En el primero, ante el Espanyol y debido a la pandemia, no pudo asistir público, pero en esta ocasión quiere batir todos los récords de un partido de clubes.

Sin embargo, habrá que ver cuál es la situación del COVID para entonces y las medidas sanitarias que haya en vigor para saber si se podrá ver un lleno en el coliseo azulgrana o nos tendremos que conformar con un aforo limitado. Lo que está claro es que la Ciudad Condal se ha volcado con el partido que puede ser histórico.

FIFA publishes Global Transfer Report 2021

Women's football still booming



Women's football continued to go from strength to strength in 2021, with the number of clubs involved in international transfers rising from 347 in 2020 to 414 last year, a 19.3% increase.

This reflects the impressive strides being made as more and more female players are turning professional every year. Some 1,304 international transfers were recorded in 2021, an increase of 26.2% compared to the previous year, which had also recorded an increase of 23.3%. In contrast to the men's game, spending on transfer fees in women's professional football increased by 72.8%, from USD 1.2m in 2020 to USD 2.1m in 2021.

For each of the above categories, the Global Transfer Report 2021 includes analysis on the players' nationalities, ages, and movement between confederations and associations. For professional players and in addition to the list of top transfers, the report also provides further analysis in respect of employment contracts while also presenting the top performers at confederation, association and club levels. The report also features a complete list of the number of transfers in each member association for each of the respective categories.

2020-2021 Women's FIFA FIFPRO World 11 revealed

FIFPRO and FIFA today proudly announce the members of the 2020-2021 Women's FIFA FIFPRO World 11.

In total, 3,675 professional women's football players voted for the World 11 team of 2021.

It is the only global player award voted for exclusively by footballers – and the votes come in from every continent.

About the voting procedure:
Footballers pick the three players who, in their opinion, were the most outstanding in the 2020/2021 season in each of the following positions: goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders and forwards.

The goalkeeper, three defenders, three midfielders and three forwards with the most votes in their position make it into the Women's FIFA FIFPRO World 11. The other spot is assigned to the outfield player with the next highest number of votes.
