- a player moving from, or standing in, an offside position is in the way of an opponent and interferes with the movement of the opponent towards the ball this is an offside offence if it impacts on the ability of the opponent to play or challenge for the ball; if the player moves into the way of an opponent and impedes the opponent's progress (e.g blocks the opponent) the offence should be penalised under Law 12: FOULS AND MISCONDUCT
- a player in an offside position is moving towards the ball with the intention of playing the ball and is fouled before playing or attempting to play the ball, or challenging an opponent for the ball, the foul is penalised as it has occurred before the offside offencean offence is committed against a player in
- an offside position who is already playing or attempting to play the ball, or challenging an opponent for the ball, the offside offence is penalised as it has occurred before the foul challenge

Para mim o ponto decisivo é quem promove o contacto. Não é o Tino que promove o contacto, é o Coates que para além de o fazer fica como uma madalena arrependida no chão a pedir falta.

Nem mais. Anular um golo daqueles seria um precedente engraçado. Bastava os defesas esbarrar contra jogadores em fora de jogo e cair no chão a chorar. Lamentável que supostos especialistas de arbitragem defendam este tipo de arbitragem. Ridículo.

Isto é bastante inacreditável. Se for como estão a dizer, mostrem-me um golo de livre em que não há um jogador fora de jogo que afete a deslocação dos defesas, a sério. Lembro-me de um lance este ano que para mim foi bem avaliado de um penalty nos descontos para o Porto contra o Estoril (acho) por mão. Há 4 (!) jogadores fora de jogo, mas o que se faz à bola não está. Esteve em VAR 5 minutos para avaliarem isto. Em momento algum na TV, jornais, etc. ouvi uma palavra sobre a interferência que 4 (!) jogadores fora de jogo poderiam ter tido na ação dos defesas. Zero!

Em situações em que:
• um jogador que se mova de, ou se encontre em posição de fora de jogo, esteja no
caminho do adversário e interfira com o movimento do adversário em relação à
bola, se tal tiver impacto na capacidade do adversário jogar ou disputar a bola é
considerada uma infração de fora de jogo; se o jogador se mover para se colocar no
caminho de um adversário e impedir a progressão do adversário (por ex. bloquear
o adversário), a infração deve ser penalizada de acordo com a Lei 12.
