In the first leg of the knock-out round Nurnberg were the chance creating team, but Benfica managed to score. A 1:0 score promises an exciting second leg since the German team have fine chance for moving on to the next stage, while Benfica will try to guard their net and jeopardize the opposite keeper form counterattacks.

New coach – better play

Benfica weren't brilliant in the first game but they did what they needed to do. They scored and they travel to Nurnberg intending to keep their sheet clean. è evidente. No estado actual das coisas em que o futebol jogado é muito pouco um jogador como ele forte fisicamente e sempre pronto para a "luta" faz sem dúvida falta.
