I think Luisão and Garay will start as Centre Backs, but personally I wouldn't do it.

I would not start Garay in a Champions League match. It's his first time ever with the team and in the last 12 months he rarely played.

I don't know if Miguel Vitor is fit for the match after his injury with Anderlecht. If he is fit, for sure I would go with Miguel Vitor / Luisão.
