Seems to me that Vitor Pereira underestimated AEK too much.

Great goal on the counter attack by AEK. Very well played by Helder Barbosa and Mantalos. Good finish by the striker but too much space given by Olympiakos. Very unusual in Vitor Pereira's teams

There is no team in the Super League that plays at this pace AEK have shown, so we are in shock out there. Melissanidis is a criminal billionaire, but he knows more about football than everyone at PAO and PAOK put together. Everyone was thinking Mantalos would go to PAO but AEK took him. Platellas, Barbosa and Aravidis are all fast and clever and all belong in the Super League. AEK simply out bid everyone..

AEK have excellent technical players and who do we have? Jimmy? ... Fortounis? Slow crappy players..

This is serious for VP now, I expect him to bring on Nitroglou and Dominguez ASAP. AEK seem to have more goals in them unless we attack them hard.

There has to be more inner game. Less play on the wings. More men within the block. Nitroglou have to show himself, give support.. of what I watch, he's almost every time hidden.

Wow, well AEK just announced themselves back at the top of Greek football.

We at Olympiacos only build our team to beat everyone in Greece. This AEK team is extremely fast with many good players. We were unprepared. And this goes back to my original point. Once AEK return this summer, the quality of the Greek league will be forced to go up.

We used to have players like Galletti, Fetfatzidis, Ibagaza, Rivaldo, Luciano, Giovanni, Weiss etc... Players who could make something from nothing... And now we have Jimmy and Fortounis..

We need a clear out this summer.

Was a good game I thought. AEK could clearly beat most the Super League no problem. I think the injury to Benitez has hurt us.
