VP is better at this time.

But Marco Silva is already a good and very promising coach. I would like to see him in Benfica one day.

VP had better results. But I think Marco is a better coach overall.

I feel like the best quality in VP's work was the way he makes the players play at 300%. Marco uses his knowledge to take the best out of players, tactically and strategically.
