ERT (state channel) always had olympiakos (nova had everyone else) - so you could watch oly any where in the world. Since they collapsed in 2013, Nova owns the games for oly now and today they started to make sure, whatever you do, you cant watch oly.

There's Leandro Salino, ex-Sp.Braga and Nacional

I remember him as a very hard working and technical defensive midfielder when he was in Portugal. How has he been doing in Olympiakos so far?

Very interesting. He has never played as a DM for us, even when we were low on options. Would have been good to see him there.

He plays almost always for us at right back. As you said, very hardworking and can often play quite well.

For the more discerning of you benfiquistas.. Ergotelis had some very good quality players I have never heard of before, who were above average for Greece and very fast. Michel said so himself.

First one. Angelos Xanti.  Could not figure out this guy's origin. Already 25, born in Greece. Angelos is a Greek name but Xandi? When I researched I discovered he has a Abdel in his name also. Must be muslim, therefore Albanian Greek? No idea really... Good player however, and already vice captain. Strong, clever, good shot.. All rare in Greece.



Second one. Another one with strange origins. However he was also strong and fast and set up both goals easily. Has a Greek/Brazilian name. Bruno Araújo Chalkiadakis. Born in Brazil - perhaps had a Greek father? Seems a very good player.  Only 21!



Third one. Mohamed Youssouf. Left winger but playing as a striker today. Comorian footballer born in France. 26 years old. He looks like Greece could open up his talent as a footballer. Looked very dangerous up front today. Good technique too.
