Porto team sucks a lot, they don't have any creative mids, the full backs except for Mangala are horrible , the only player that creates some danger is Quaresma.. i dunno how they managed to win against Napoli.

Juventus is another level.
Of course Juve is another level... You're right, we don't have a chance.

Is Platini drunk?
He was at our stadium yesterday watching the match. He also visited Eusébio's grave.

I'm aware. But that doesn't answer my question.

I don't see us conceding 3 goals and not scoring a single one.

Jokes aside, I repeat: There is a real and concrete possibility that  we  shitting in our pants in your stadium.
if we lose our head, we really run the risk of going out of Portugal with a basket full of goals.
That said, I think it will be a semifinal worthy of a champion league semi-final.

and, seriously, who passes this round, then won the Cup.
allowing fate (given the past of the two teams).  :cry2: :disgust:

I don't see either team crushing the other. We're very moralized and playing well, but even on a god night I don't see us beating you 3-0 or 4-1. Then again, I don't see you beating us 3-0 or 4-1 either.

I haven't seen Benfica going into PKs many times, to be honest. I only remember 2 Cup matches against Sporting with us beating them in both shootouts.

However, we have lost a European Champions Cup final in the PKs against PSV before.

Juventus are favourites but a full force Benfica (something yet to see in this Europa League) will create some damage. Enzo / Markovic / Gaitán / Salvio / Rodrigo / Lima have the ability to tear apart any defence, even such a strong one like the bianconeri have. My biggest fear is Pirlo. Can easily score an away goal if we make a foul.

Both Benfica and Juventus are cruising in their leagues, this will be a big test for both teams. Serie A and Portuguese League aren't being exactly a challenge. Porto (3rd) eliminated Napoli (3rd in Serie A), for example, and they're mediocre this season, as their loss against a 10 men Benfica showed us yesterday. I would say the odds are 55-45 in Juventus favour but should be quite interesting. Definitely the most exciting european game in some time, always nice to play an european semi-final against an european powerhouse. The recent Europa League semi-finals against Braga and Fenerbahce lacked some football flavour.

I remember very well, however, lost the final against AC Milan on penalties in 2003.

who cried that night ...

moreover, if it goes Montero to beat the penalty kick, you can not expect the goal (with all due respect to Montero ... immense footballer)

I remember very well the Juventus vs. AC Milan final. It was pretty boring, to be honest. Also a shame that Nedved didn't play.

I agree with you.
The Europa league this year is enhanced by the presence of two big European teams in the semifinals.

Yea, I can imagine how tense people were during the PKs. The crowd sure looked nervous.
