Like i told you, EPL clubs pay a lot of money for their players but they want to be sure they know the player they're paying for, that's why for them it's important that this players already played in European competitions, in this case i think EPL had doubts to pay a lot of money for him because he plays in Serbian League, not the same as EPL ...
