This Madrid team is very tough when they are on the lead: they have players who are ruthless exploiting the back of the the opposition defensive line, like Rodrygo, Vinicius, Valverde or Vasquez (if fit). Those are players that can run fast with the ball under control and this creates problems for a team who needs to defend higher up the pitch in order to recover the control of the game.

It was very much a game of being clinical vs not being clinical. I'm still stunned at Maeda's miss, you just can't do that at this level. Madrid on the other hand were absolutely clinical with the chances they got in second half
