Olympiacos Piraeus

I don't think he's coming here.

We won't pay 8M for him.

He has that style, languid. However Busquets plays a little deeper to the right. Samaris always seems to drift higher up the pitch a little to the left. In fact, he likes to get very high up the pitch at times.. perhaps he is a bit of an anarchist, because he knows if the ball is lost, he is miles out of position.
If the transfer goes through, he'll improve on those characteristics. Our coach is known as a magician  :) Now more seriously, our coach can work with him and correct those imperfections on his positioning. He works very seriously the midfield duo and if Samaris comes in, he will become a better player and that anarchism that you are referring to, will, in a way disappear and on the other hand, it will be canalized in order to improve his and the Benfica squad's game. Faliro, why don't you play a Super Cup in Greece ?

It's a good point. I have no idea what happened with that? I suppose Olympiakos winning a lot of doubles kinda killed it. Also, the game requires a lot of police, so I think the EPO would rather just build their swimming pools in their private villas than put cash into security for another derby.

What is funny is that Greece police simply watch the riots take place at games.  ::bater::

Edit: just read up on it, seems they abandoned and no one cares..

A portuguese newspaper is saying that Benfica is paying 9M for Samaris.

Hope he's worth that much  :)

A national Super Cup is lame anyway.

It would be way more interesting to organize a Cup with the champions of Greece versus the champions of Cyprus. That'd be fun.

Even more fun would be a Greek-Turkish Cup.

Suit Up!

It looks like we're paying 9M€ for Samaris... I hope he's worth that money.

€9 million seems high to me. I rate the player and think he has potential. I do not believe that you have offered that amount however. Can these reports really be trusted?

Faliro bro, i been there in greece some years ago, have some family there, they support pana.. ur big club rival right?

What u expect of Champions League Olympiakos participation this year?

Faliro

If we lose Manolas, we have big problems. It seems we are losing Samaris, but I think that wont affect us to much as Michel always liked to rotate the midfield in the CL. We will work hard and try to form a strong team to beat as many other teams as possible.

PAO are a massive rival and there is no love lost so to speak.

How come you have family in Greece? Are you part Greek?

Any Cypriot team you are fond of? What did you think of APOEL's CL run in 2012?

no.. just emigrate there long time ago.. i dont talk with them much, only 1 2 times per year, but still "family"

O0 Manolas its going to Arsenal right? Price? 10 M?

Faliro

Wow I am impressed they went to Greece. You should use them more for holiday. Greece is a great place to take vacations. Even Athens is lots of fun.

Apparently the price for Manolas is €10 million. I really hope we get him for at least one more season.
