Just back from watching it!!!

Firstly, much love to all the Benfiquistas who showed their class on here as usual! I was devastated watching the score on livescore of your game. When I saw the Artur red I just got angry with JJ... Karnezis is miles better than Artur. Because I hadn't seen Artur before this season I had no reference point. This keeper is simply not Benfica standard. I don't even want to watch the fucking highlights. 

As for the game in Nea Faliro... fucking hell what a ride. Super game, Kasami was a sensation as was Muasaku, Affelay did the business when asked and Mitroglou.... He is a fan favorite... he is starting to become the player he was before the London depression - its worth watching the highlights for his reaction to scoring the goal.

Michel was a extremely clever tonight. Both Kasami and Dominguez were playing in 'free roles' which I have never seen before. Maniatis was the destroyer (6) and so was the serb who was fantastic. We got some great players after all. We spent €17 million on 16 players this summer.. I had fear for this game, but with the boys in the stands and the passion - we managed to fuck over Atletico. You could tell they really didn't enjoy the atmosphere and Spain did not prepare them for such an atmosphere.
