Charlton Athletic was not able to stay in the Championship last season and is now in third place. The club chaired by Roland Duchatelet could host a Belgian player passed by La Gantoise and Anderlecht.

Charlton is testing for the moment Alexis Scholl who played in La Gantoise in the second half of the last season. The young Belgian, however, was not convinced and returned to Benfica, to whom it belongs, where one no longer counts on him.

Alexis Scholl went through the youth school of Anderlecht but he was not convinced either and he decided to join Portugal to continue his training. It was also announced last summer on the side of Leeds United and Wolverampthon but the transfer had never finally concluded.
