O 4-4-2 losango nos tempos de hoje, onde os laterais se projetam tanto, e há uma muito maior participação ofensiva e defensiva de toda a equipa, é praticamente um suicidio.

Vai jogar com 3 centrais.

Sinceramente não acredito, demora a implementar e não tem tempo para tal, e para além disso só temos 3 centrais e apenas um tem velocidade suficiente para jogar subido no terreno .

Uma coisa é teres Diomande, Inácio, St just, Matheus Reis, Eduardo Quaresma, Debast, ou seja, quantidade e características complementares, outra é termos Ota, Tó e Araújo, que dois apenas funcionam em linha muito baixa e caso haja uma lesão ter de entrar alguém sem qualquer minuto de jogo

First of all we can't pass the ball around, this is why we can't score a goal from the center. We usually wait for a good long ball from a defensive player towards the wingers and pass it to whoever going to strike, truth be told we actually find the strike 2-3 times per match however the problem is one of our strikers is 40 y/o, other one i believe is a good person but has no capability to play with ball, and i really do believe there's a way for him to score 30 in a season but with complete different game and personel.

Problems doesn't end there if we play 3-5-2 we have at least one player who doesn't play in his comfortable area this formation works with skriniar, yusuf and kostic. Osayi half of Osayi hate derived from this, Osayi is a good dribbler, last year Osayi and ICK could use the right wing better because they can attack in tight spaces. Long balls to the wingers somehow finds their targets but the defense is usually got back inside Dzeko won't score headers, Talisca might, Only youssef can score for sure, and he is marked by either strongest defemder or by two defenders, we can't get any other player to score because there are no spaces for our midfielders to penetrate.

This is my ideas i'm no footbal tactitian, but when i watched the games these are what i saw. Under this circumstances, how weak our tactics are every goal we ever scored this seasson is a show of immense talent. I'm beyond dissapointed, i am very sad about how this seasson turned out, i believe this team could've ended the seasson with something, mouriniho didn't care and it shows, there were solutions, such a shame...

Isto é a minha esperança. Tenho outras, mas esta é a mais forte.

Claro que tem um efeito motivacional

O efeito motivacional esvai-se rápido com o facto dos jogadores não acreditarem ou não terem resultados com o que se faz no treino. Se não era meter lá o Fabio Capello recuperado da reforma e eles ficavam todos babados.

Eles sabem perfeitamente que apesar dos anos, quem os está a treinar é um treinador que já ganhou por todos os países por onde passou alguma coisa. Salvo, execepto a Turquia.

Não é um homem que foi corrido de um Botafogo ou de um clube do meio da tabela em Inglaterra.

Eu julgava que o principal objetivo era a equipa ganhar. Muita gente preocupada com futuras, possiveis, indemenizacoes.

É preciso explicar que o cenário em que o clube paga indemnização é um em que não ganhou?

Por isso e' que disse que o objectivo e' a equipa ganhar.

Mas falas em muita gente preocupada com indemnizações como se não fosse porque ele só é indemnizado se o clube o quiser mandar embora, o que só acontece se perder.
