Indeed. What interests me is there potential stadium at Xortatzides. The Kaftanzoglou is too big for them. Also PAOK may move  to the Kaftanzoglou as they will soon start to build their Nea Toumba.

How is Panathinaikos still so bad after all these years? They haven't been champions in what, 16 years at this point? I remember seeing them in the Champions League and the UEFA Cup rather often when I was a kid/teenager...

They will tell you corruption,the system, bribed refs, EPO owned by the mafia etc etc.

The reality is they spend less on players almost every year than the champions. When they had a rich owner, Pateras, they won the league easily.

Probably, when they get their new stadium, their owner will sell the club, same as happened with AEK.
