I saw a dog I thought was Riot Dog last year in Athens. It was late at night on Athinas street.
I was going to run up to him and have a better look, but he was headed in the other direction with some other dogs and they seemed in a hurry... so I just left it.

Many of those state controlled strays are really handsome and friendly...
