Tendo em conta a qualidade do jogador para o nível do campeonato escocês e pelo valor em causa, o negócio é ótimo para eles.

Se sair, creio que ficamos todos a ganhar.

Pagaram pelo Jota porque era um jogador diferenciado e destacou-se como um dos melhores jogadores do plantel.

Neste caso, não me parece que paguem tanto por suplente utilizado.

You haven't met the Celtic board. Why sign one player for 6 million when you can have 3 2 million pound players and ignore that 2/3 are likely bad is their mentality a lot of the time.

This is a bad decision because, they only can be more competitive if they buy 3or4 good players instead 7/8 bad players

The fans know that. I'm hoping with the new chief scout in that mentality changes. There's always been a mentality at Celtic when in a position of strength to do the bare minimum and the 'good enough' approach going back to when we were competing for european trophies in the 60's and 70's but especially in the last 20 years. Seem to be more reactive than proactive.

For us it is good to sell because by now the player don't have enough quality for level of team and we have more young players with some or more quality. Nevertheless, Paulo Bernardo is a good player and can improve his performance if he has more minutes in a competitive team like Celtic.

We definitely do a good job of developing young players not from our academy- van dijk, wanyama, Jota, frimpong, forster off the top of my head left for big money (for us) and have mostly good careers. There's more, just can't be bothered typing.

Last academy player to do well then go for big money was Tierney and that was a while ago. We deemed Andy Robertson and Aaron hickey as not good enough in our academy
