Where to start.. It has been very quiet.

Sunday will the fiesta to celebrate the championship.

Lemonis still our coach - although there is a section of Olympiacos that is pushing hard to get Remi Garde for next season. More will become apparent next week. Apparently no one has spoken to Lemonis about his future which doesn't seem very professional..

Vergos is leaving Real B - seems he is offers from Ukraine and Turkey.

Seems Cardozo wants to go back to Paraguay. Pretty sure many Olympiacos fans would give him a free lift to the airport.

Da Costa has sirens from Turkey and Botia from Spain.

Pardo seems to be returning from Nantes this summer.

Leali returns to Italy - his replacement could be Jean Louis Leca - with Kapino keeping his place as the starter.


All summer tours and training camps should become available very soon. ATM the calendar is empty. Cup final is tomorrow (in Volos  ) and there is a general lull at the moment.

It is like being married. Same old pussy - same old sex positions - but that doesn't stop the love and respect. Not for a second. 

What annoys me is that the second best team this season was really Panionios - with a fraction of the budget of PAO/PAOK/AEK. I actually believe a big part of the problem is AEK being homeless. Once they get their stadium.. (crystal ball predictions..) I think the league will improve massively over night. As long as they are rattling around in that OAKA.. - they can't build a decent run.

Remi Garde is not longer in the running to be coach and neither is APOEL's
Thomas Christiansen.

Kasami seems to want to come back into the team after his loan to Forest. I would be for that. Incidentally if the media are to believed - Marinakis now owns Nottingham Forest - he even said he was about to get Forest at our Fiesta. Vellios seems to want to return to Olympiacos too.

Leganes wants to keep Siovas but they don't like the €4 million buy-out clause.

Cardozo seems to be going to Cerro Porteño.

Escriba wont be the new coach either. So that is now the Apoel coach, Remi Garde and Escriba out the picture. No word on the serbenfiquista recommendation of Marcelino García Toral.

Pedro Martins is a defensive minded coach.
Has done good jobs at Marítimo, Rio Ave and Guimarães.

I think more crazy is that Valverde - who was very popular and with us twice will probably take over Barcelona if rumours are to be believed.

Marinakis officially now owns Nottingham Forest.

Here is his interview with the BBC recorded a few hours ago. It is the first time I have seen him speak English in my life and his heavy Greek accent is just what I expected.
