No idea, she is from an advert I saw and I thought she was particularly hot.

The advert was for Stoiximan (massive Maltese gambling company that operates in Greece and is the Olympiacos shirt sponsor). Basically two guys in a car - see a hot girl and one guy says to other - 'look re!'  The guy looks and goes: Kalloni! - meaning 'beauty' said as the equivalent to the Spanish guapa! She says, 'mm..thank you very much.' He then goes 'Kalloni... 2-1!!' and it is clear he is talking about the football team Kalloni from Lesbos that was in the Super League that year and he had placed a bet on. She drives away annoyed..

He was out cold on the pitch for 10 minutes after he collided with an opponent. He was back to the ground, fingers spread up (involuntarily) and everyone expected the worst. Gianniotas was crying - other players had their heads in their hands - the goalkeeper - Choutesiotis was actively praying to God on his knees Retsos would be OK. Even the staff were upset. It was quite distressing.

Do you mean Aderlan Santos? If yes, he's a good defender. You cannot judge him for last season, because almost everyone underplayed at Valencia. While at Braga, he was credited as one of portuguese league top defenders and was associated with Porto and Benfica. I think he'll do well at Greece.
