How do you think the team is going to lineup today? this season the coach  has been changing the starting 11 a lot.

Today it would be smart to have Marin as a false winger

We may field Romao again CB - in fact the two CBs may be playing their first game together.

Will be interesting if he starts both Fortounis and Marin or starts with Marin, Seba and Carcela. Fortounis often plays exceptionally well off the bench. Even the full backs are not fixed. Koutris (Brazilian Greek LB) is talented - but he is still not a natural starter under Xasi - same goes for Figueiras - as Omar is back now and a very good LB. The strikers are also constantly rotated. The only players who will 100% start is probably Engels, Carcela, Vadis & Kapino.

Olympiacos usually only play full attack in league games home and away but in European games we allow the opposing team to have the ball most the game and hit them on the break.

Yes, but Fortounis is your best player, he's just on another level. Champions League is Champions League, i'm sure he's going to apply himself better in these games. Those flank variations can kill Sporting due to their fullbacks being so weak. Unless Jonathan plays, I hope Coentrão plays instead

Yes he was crying at the airport and the videos I posted on the previous page of him saying goodbye at Renti were quite emotional. He didn't want to go. Androutsos (fellow academy player - plays AM) could not even look him in the face because he was so upset.

The deal was too good to refuse. I even think we retained 20% selling on rights as well.

Sporting are very good team imo. Olympiacos will give everything to get past them. Hasi was clever saying this is not a final. I am positive he is saying the complete opposite in the changing rooms. We will fight like crazy to get some type of result. We are not as string as we were a few years ago - but the spirit is still there. The club represents Greece alone. We will give everything.

Gonna be a very tough for both teams. As you said, Faliro, you probably will give the ball to Sporting and wait your opportunities on the counterattack. I think if your LB stops Gelson and don't let him create you are closer to get a good result. Dost and Coates are also important players when they have set pieces. And Sebá should be an important player today on your strategy. I bet 1-0 or 1-1.
