Oly apparently "stealing" Franco Soldano from us..

Olympiacos gave some statements today to put an end to certain rumours. It stated it will not restart talks for Willian Arao and that there has never been any interest in Soldano.

Our newspapers are reporting (today), that Oly sent an offer of 2.2 mil euros for Soldano, but that was turned down..

Could be. However we do have 3 good strikers currently under rotation (Manos, Ansarifard & Guerrero) and also 100s of wingers and attacking midfielders (Fetfa, Lazarus, Podence, Vrousai, Pardo, fortounis etc). The clubs biggest ambitions this summer has been CMs and DMs because of how many goals we conceded last season.

What could be happening is the Argentinian manager is creating gossip to enhance his client. Happens all the time to Olympiacos.

Should have gone for Nemanja Radoja..he is an excellent DM. He was playing regularly for Celta Vigo...but then suffered an injury and lost his spot on the team.

Maybe we enquired. We have tried at least 3-4 CMs but all the deals fell through. The last to fall through was Arao. The deal before him to fall through was Pierre Kunde and before him.. Gabriel of Corinthians.

Zvezda has been having the same situation with strikers...we do not have one. Stojiljkovic is injured and in a bad form, Joveljic is 18. So we are forced to play a winger as a striker..and we are eyeing the Champions League.

AEK in an even worse situation trying to get into the CL. Sold their core (including their main striker) in the summer.. and replaced them with no-bodies - all on loan. Their striker situation is terrible. Even the striker they got on loan hasn't scored a single goal in 2 years!  Also AEK failed to score in their friendlies.. their game against Galatasaray tonight should be interesting (6pm).
