My heart drops.. Why the fuck would we want him back seeing how much he has regressed as most Greek players do.. I immediately go to the greek script version and see Google translate had turned Leganes to Legend. I was relieved..

I respect Samaris for personal side. But he's not good enough for Benfica.

Benfica showed his limitations more than Olympiacos - because at Olympiacos he was played far higher up the pitch - with far less responsibility - and also in a slower league. I thought he could succeed at Benfica but it was not to be. He also played terribly for the Greek NT since our last WC and no wants him near that team either. I just think he found his ceiling.

As a human - nice guy of course and the speed at which he learnt Portuguese was impressive. With Mitroglou and Samaris you have the two most common trypes of Greek you meet in Greece. The moody recluse - who cares a lot about his style bizarrely.. and Samaris - friendly and happy and curious about the world outside of his own.

I did for two reasons.. one, my dislike of Fortounis lately and two, he was the only one trying last season. However since I joined this forum I have been saying Fetfa is the most talented player of Greek origin. Now we have him back.. No need to keep Marin.

Willian Arão transfer wrecked. All was agreed with Flamengo but the managers of Willian Arão kept changing the agreed terms around 10 times each day for the past week so Olympiacos withdrew today and will look at two other players instead. Shame.
