Olympiacos attacking the Europa League trophy...Very well-balanced team, in all positions.
With Martins? No chance.

I would not judge him in totality on the Europa League - we basically have a CL group:

Milan, Betis etc..

What do you dislike about Martins so I can look out for in the next weeks? So far I can barely fault him. Perhaps late to bring on subs?
Just because I already saw a lot of him in our league, and in my opinion is a average coach.
His teams doesn't play a very good football, and specially in hardest games he always failed. I never saw from him any special move or strategy that could make difference.
He was lucky because he always trained just average teams, if he trained teams with less resources, probably he would be connected to relegation and would never had that chance he has now to train a team like Olympiakos.

Martins is not a bad coach. He is far better than some of the portuguese you had, like Paulo Bento and others. He knows something about football, and he is a good coach to help you to reborn. In fact, Rio Ave grown a lot due also to his job. But do not expect a coach like Marco or Jardim, he is not even close them.

Slow down your horses

There're some very good teams already in the competition, plus the champions league 3rd places

True...but I think that Olympiacos is also a serious contender.

Julio Losada.

Club legend. The Uruguayan winger spent 8 seasons at the club.

Yes for hooliganism. Panathinaikos also started on -6 due to unpaid debts.

All the teams, PAO, PAOK, AEK, ARIS and OSFP have won all their games so far this season - the first time in decades.

This season should be ultra competitive. Aris flying in their first season back - Bruno Gama already much loved:

Was a very hard game friend. Panionios had a stone cold legitimate goal ruled out on 63'. Their player was miles onside and the linesman made a terrible mistake. After that the game was end to end. Fortounis, Podence and Lazaros are all out of form - so Fetfa started and played the full 95 mins and was part of our late goal. Panionios can rightly feel robbed. They are always strong and yet again, they have an excellent coach - Jose Anigo.

Our team is still trying to find its feet. It is a brand new team almost and the players don't yet have much chemistry. Also watching PAOK beat AEK 2-0 on Sunday - they look good and I think it will be between us and them. I just feel the years where we walked the league are over whatever Martins does. PAOK and AEK are far far stronger than those years - throw in Aris, Panionios, Larissa etc..this league is no longer a cake walk as they say.

Panathinaikos are playing their youth team..because of debts.... and their youth team has won all four of their games! A big lesson to Greek journalists and Greek scouts who constantly pick foreign talent over Greek talent.

Sandro Schärer - the Swiss referee will be refereeing the Super League Olympiacos vs PAOK game this sunday. Greek refs are not welcome to take charge of big games this season. This ref apparently likes giving out reds in case there are any gamblers out there..
