TURKEY star Arda Turan could be on his way to the Emirates Stadium next season after Arsene Wenger praised the players talent whilst working for French television station TF1, writes Trevor Vidler.


"Yes, I think that Arda is an extremely good talent, one of the best in the Turkish squad and I think he has the capabilities to perform at the top level," said Wenger on TF1.

"I would like to play in either England or Spain," he said "Okan, Emre and Arif Erdem are admired by everyone in Turkey for what they have done in Europe".

Wenger has an interesting summer ahead on the transfer front as he looks to bring in the players capable of landing Arsenal their first league title since 2004.

Nada disso, só estou a dizer que me lembro ele falar dele, na altura de certeza que estava no nosso alcance. 

estive em instambul ha um ano e meio e venderam-me na altura uma camisola da turquia com um 14 nas costas a dizer Arda para meu desconhecimento. E só me disseram: Vais ver que daqui por 1 ou 2 anos nao te vais arrepender de a ter porque ele vai ficar bem famoso....
