They deserve this. Remember last season when they were throwing games in Europe - losing to Video and Bate at home? They threw those games to save energy and players for the league. If they had played honourably, they would have amassed more points and would not be in the weaker pot come the day of the draw.

They have the players to hurt Ajax but most likely not beat them. PAO play Ajax today at 6pm. Maybe they can throw PAO some euros (who need it) to butcher the Ajax team. 

Watching their friendlies, PAOK seem stronger than last season.. however Marinakis said - 100% Olympiacos will win the title this year. So there will be fireworks this season.
