Yes, it is understandable. How Platanias managed to pick him up those years ago is incredible in itself. To think the junk we have had at CB lately.. and Martins decided last summer Yaya was not good enough for Olympiacos so he went to Panionios on loan..

Imo he is good enough for Zvezda or Olympiacos. Perhaps if his name was a more acceptable African name like Cisse or Banmeke - he would be at a better club now. I know it sounds crazy, but the player is one of the most complete CBs in Hellas. Has been for years.
