They didn't as it happens.
To be fair to PAO - they admitted they were not good enough to win in the end. Been watching football a while in Greece, never seen a team admit the other team was better. PAO were fairly honourable this season. They tried hard and almost made it. I think they also realised AEK is a mafia..
